The AnTuTu benchmark listings have claimed that the device is expected to be launched in two variants, with the first variant likely to be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor while the other variant with the Exynos 5433 8 Core. Both the variants would have Android 4.4.3 KitKat. Meanwhile, The Korea Times has reported that one variant will be available in a curved OLED display and the other with a flat OLED display.

Some reports are claiming that the device would be having a 16MP camera, while other are saying that the device would have a 12MP camera with OIS feature.

Indonesian retailer Erafone has claimed that Samsung Galaxy Note 4 would be available with a storage capacity of 16/32/64GB with 4GB RAM along with an option of a microSD card of up to 128GB. However, earlier reports said that the device will come with 3GB RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 would offer several connectivity options including 4G LTE radio, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi direct, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, EDR and LE.

According to a report by TechTimes, the device would be available at a price of USD813, while it would cost less with new 2-year contract. The device can be purchased in the US through major wireless carriers such as AT&T, Sprint Nextel, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless.
