To make Pokemon Scarlet and Violet sandwiches, go to the main menu and select the option to set up a picnic. You can access this feature after visiting the academy for the first time. Each sandwich requires different ingredients, but the game automatically provides the bread for it. This article lists all the in-game sandwich recipes you can try out for the Title Power effect.

A list of Title Power Sandwiches and the ingredients required in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players can obtain sandwich recipes if they interact with certain NPCs in the in-game sandwich shop. Although most recipes are received through one specific NPC, some special ones are provided by other characters across the map of Paldea. You can only access and experiment with recipes using the Creative mode, and doing so can provide you with unique Meal Powers.

Once you collect the necessary ingredients, you can choose from any recipe that you’ve learned in Scarlet and Violet. After entering the Creative mode, you can combine several ingredients to make a custom sandwich with special effects.

One advantage of this is that you have access to special effects, like increasing your chances of encountering a Shiny Pokemon or attracting a specific type of Pocket Monster. These recipes offer specific effects or powers in Scarlet and Violet, and one of them is Title Power Sandwiches. Several types of sandwiches provide the Title Power effect, and they are listed in the table below.

The Sandwich Meal Power has three effects: Primary Power, Secondary Power, and Encounter Power (boosts the chance of encountering a certain type of Pocket Monster). The effects of Meal Power don’t stack, and the effect only lasts for 30 minutes (no matter how much you consume).

These effects are assigned to the taste/flavor of these ingredients or sandwiches. The salty flavor seems to affect Encounter Power, and the sweet flavor affects Egg Power. To create a sandwich for a shiny hunt, you’ll need Herba Mystica, which can be earned from 5-star and 6-star Raids.

Here are all the powers received from these sandwiches:

Catching Power: Boosts the rate of successfully catching PokemonItem Drop Power: Boosts the rate of finding materials after a battleEgg Power: Boosts the rate of finding Pokemon EggsSparkling Power: Boosts the rate of finding Shiny PokemonExp. Point Power: Boosts the rate of Exp. PointsTitle Power: Boosts rate of finding Pocket Monster with MarksRaid Power: Boosts rate of rewards from Tera Raid MatchesTeensy Power: Boosts rate of finding small Pocket MonstersHumungo Power: Boosts rate of finding large Pocket Monsters

This mechanic adds more complexity to the games and also helps speed up progress by providing boosts. The option to apply buffs by experimenting with the ingredients makes collecting recipes a crucial part of gameplay. Trainers looking to complete the Paldea Pokedex should definitely familiarize themselves with the many recipes available in the game.
