The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe (2005)

Though some may not consider the first and best of The Chronicles of Narnia movies a Christmas film, it does feature a cameo from Father Christmas himself, plus enough snow to make It’s A Wonderful Life look like The Towering Inferno.

A genuine Christmas classic, The Muppet Christmas Carol is a holiday staple for many who grew up with Michael Caine as Scrooge, Rizzo the Rat as narrator as Kermit the Frog as Bob Cratchit.

The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)

Perhaps the only film to work equally well as a Christmas and Halloween film, The Nightmare Before Christmas is a creepy and kooky antidote to more syrupy seasonal specials.
