Jon Moxley overcame Chris Jericho to become the second AEW World Champion in a bloody affair this past Saturday. But fans won’t have to wait long for these two veterans to go at it again. Tonight, Moxley will team with Darby Allin, fresh off his own victory at Revolution, to take on Jericho and fellow Inner Circle member, Sammy Guevara.

Allin and Guevara have had a heated feud for weeks, with Darby coming out on top on Saturday, but how will The Inner Circle respond just days since losing the top championship?

Colt Cabana made his AEW debut at Revolution coming out to help SCU in the Revolution Buy-In kickoff show. Now that Cabana is All In, he and SCU will take on The Dark Order. The creepy group has been teasing the debut of “The Exalted One” for weeks, and now that Matt Hardy is seemingly All Elite will we get the pay off tonight?

The AEW Revolution Fallout continues with PAC taking on Chuck Taylor. Orange Cassidy shocked the AEW crowd and PAC with his special brand of wrestling, but came up short. Now Chuckie T is looking to avenge his friends’ loss, but The Lucha Bros made their presence known at Revolution so Best Friends will have to keep an eye out for them.

Jake Hager took out Dustin Rhodes on Saturday, and now its QT Marshall’s turn to try and take down the Inner Circle member.

Nyla Rose defeated Kris Statlander to retain the AEW Women’s Championship. With one challenger out of the way, who will step up to Rose for the title? Hikaru Shida seems next in line, but the likes of Big Swole and Britt Baker are seemingly waiting in the wings.

Opening Segment

Moxley begins the evening with a promo. Moxley says that AEW represents professional wrestling, the sport he has dedicated his life to. He says the belt never belonged to Chris Jericho and it doesn’t belong to him, it belongs to the fans. He says that every AEW fan brought pro wrestling back and willed this company into existence. He says he will defend the title with his life and there’s not a man in AEW or anywhere else that can take it away from him. Moxley says he knows it’s not over with him and the Inner Circle. He knows that the Inner Circle are going to come after him, and he dares any of them to come at him. Jericho comes out with the rest of the Inner Circle. Jericho says he doesn’t need the belt to be “Le Champion. " He says that Moxley’s win was a lie. Jericho says he trained to face someone with one eye and that the fact that Jon lied about his injury makes him a cheater. And because of this, the Inner Circle changed from good-natured guys to a hit squad, and they are now putting the locker room on notice. They are going to hurt some people starting with Moxley. After the main event, Jericho guarantees that Moxley won’t be able to walk. And if Jon happens to leave unscathed, Jericho will take a break from AEW for 60 days. Jericho says he always has a plan. Moxley says he’s sick of listening to Jericho talk. He’s going to do the same to Jericho what he did at Revolution and he’s going to send Jericho packing.

PAC wins via submission after the BrutalizerThe finish was set up when Chuck misses the MoonsaultAfter the match, PAC sets Chuck up for another move but Trent gets in the ring. Orange Cassidy moves Trent out of the way and gets in PAC’s face. The Lucha Bros run in and take out Cassidy and TrentPAC gets on the mic and announces that the three of them are the “Death Triangle. " And that AEW did this to themselves. Fenix and Pentagon hit Cassidy with their top rope stomp piledriver

QT Marshall (with Dustin Rhodes and Brandi) vs Jake Hager (with Santana and Ortiz)

Hager wins via submissionJake Hager doesn’t let go of the submission after the bell, leading to Dustin coming in. Santana and Ortiz get in to take out Dustin, which leads to Cody coming out for the save. Cody gets taken out, which leads to Matt Jackson coming in and taking out Santana and Ortiz. Matt stands up to Hager, but gets slammed. Hangman Page comes out with his beer and slowly puts it down before going after the Inner Circle. He hits Hager with a Buckshot Lariat and then chugs his beer. Matt tries to cheer Page on but Hangman flips him off and leaves.

MJF Video Promo

MJF says that he went from protege to prodigy. He then says that he will become the number one contender for the AEW World Championship and doesn’t care who is the champ. He takes off his jacket to show a shirt that reads “I Pinned Cody” and says that his shirt is distracting just like a neck tattoo.

As Moxley makes his entrance from the crowd, he’s jumped by Santana, Ortiz and Hager who are in masks. They beat him down in the back forcing Allin to face Jericho and Guevara in a handicap match. Guevara pins AllinThe finish was set up when Jericho hits Darby with the Judas Effect when Allin went for a Suicide DiveAfter the bell, Moxley comes into the ring and takes out the Inner Circle. Hager hits Moxley in the back and The Inner Circle takes Moxley up the ramp and powerbomb him through a table off the stage.
